Connect Agoda

You switch on channel manager mode in Agoda YCS, then finish in Bookeva.

    Turn on channel manager mode

    In Agoda YCS, go to Settings, then Property Settings, then Optional Settings. Turn on channel manager mode and choose Channex as the provider.

    Find your property ID

    Find your Agoda property ID in YCS.

  3. 3

    Connect in Bookeva

    In Bookeva, open Channels, choose Agoda and enter the property ID.

  4. 4

    Add your upcoming bookings

    Add your upcoming Agoda bookings to Bookeva first, because Agoda does not send bookings made before you connect.

  5. 5

    Match and check

    Match each Agoda room and rate to a Bookeva room and rate, then run the check.

  6. 6

    Go live

    Confirm to go live.

  • Agoda bookings are recorded at their total including taxes.
  • Nothing goes live until you confirm it.
