Connect Airbnb

Airbnb connects by signing in to your Airbnb account, so there is no ID to copy. Each listing is matched to a room and rate.

    Start from Channels

    Open Channels and choose Connect Airbnb. Only the hotel owner can do this.

  2. 2

    Sign in to Airbnb

    Sign in to the Airbnb account that hosts your listings and allow access. Airbnb then sends you back to Bookeva.

  3. 3

    Match each listing

    Bookeva reads your listings. Match each one to a Bookeva room and rate. Airbnb confirms each match in about 30 seconds.

  4. 4

    Turn it on

    Turn on Airbnb. Bookeva sends prices, availability and minimum stays, then loads your upcoming bookings.

  5. 5

    Handle requests in Airbnb

    Answer booking requests, change requests and inquiries in the Airbnb app. Instant Book avoids requests.

Good to know

  • Airbnb takes one rate and one nightly price per listing. Set guests included and the extra-guest fee in Airbnb before you match.
  • Rates priced per guest cannot be matched to Airbnb. Use a rate priced per room.
  • If another channel manager is still connected to the Airbnb account, Airbnb refuses the connection. Disconnect it first.
