Connect Booking.com

Booking.com is fully certified with Bookeva. You do one step in the Booking.com extranet, then the rest in Bookeva.

    Choose the connectivity provider

    In the Booking.com extranet, go to Account, then Connectivity provider, and choose Channex.io. This is the provider name Booking.com shows in its list. Accept any terms Booking.com shows.

    Find your property ID

    Copy your Booking.com property ID. It is shown in the extranet next to your property name.

  3. 3

    Connect in Bookeva

    In Bookeva, open Channels, choose Booking.com and enter the property ID. Bookeva prepares the connection and reads your rooms and rates.

  4. 4

    Match rooms and rates

    Match each Booking.com room and rate you sell to a Bookeva room and rate. Extra Bookeva rooms can stay direct-only.

  5. 5

    Check prices and availability

    Run the check. It takes about a minute and compares your nights with what Booking.com shows.

  6. 6

    Go live

    Confirm to go live. Bookeva sends all prices and availability, then switches Booking.com over.

Good to know

  • Disconnect any other channel manager first, or both will try to update the same room.
  • Going live takes a few minutes. You can leave the page while it works.
