Connect TTLock door codes
Bookeva Access makes a door code for each stay on TTLock smart locks. Each code works only during the stay.
- 1
Turn on door access
Add the locks add-on to your plan. Without it, you can still cancel existing codes.
- 2
Connect your TTLock account
Open Settings, then Door locks, and choose Connect locks. Sign in to your TTLock account. Only the owner can do this, and you may be asked for your authenticator code.
- 3
Pick a lock for each room
Pick a lock for each room. Bookeva never stores door codes.
- 4
Choose the rules
In Guest door codes, choose when a guest gets their code: only after the stay is paid, after registration is done, after terms are accepted, or any mix.
- 5
Codes appear on the stay page
The lock confirms each code before it is shown, and the code works from check-in time until check-out.
Good to know
- Door locks need the locks add-on, priced per lock.
- Guests see the code on their stay page. It is never written in an email.
- If a lock does not confirm a code, check that it is online in the lock's app, and its batteries or Wi-Fi bridge.
