Let guests check in online

   Turn on registration

   In Settings, turn on guest registration and write a short purpose that tells guests why you ask.

   Choose the fields

   Pick a preset or choose the fields yourself, and mark which ones are required. Fields include name, date of birth, nationality, document type, address, phone, arrival time and other guest names.

   Set the cut-off and storage period

   Set how many hours before arrival guests can still change their answers, and how long you keep what they send.

   Guests fill it in

   Guests open their stay page and fill in the form. Their answers save as they type.

5. 5

   Tie it to the door code

   Optionally hold the door code until registration is done, so the code only goes to guests who completed check-in.

• Bookeva stores the last four characters of a document number, never a photo of the document.
• Guests tick a consent box before they submit.
